You can’t go wrong with Sephora no matter what color you choose! Try mixing a couple of colors until you get one you like. The dress is cute and have a good time and don’t worry about the makeup. You have good taste

Maybe you could have a dark purple eyeshadow with the first blue in the palette in the eyeshadow picture on the top or bottom. And then put some liquid eyeliner on (black) with a flick on the ends for a more feminine look.

This is probably just the easiest way to explain

Seeing as you have most of those sorts of colours already. Ignore the gems. But it would go lovely with that dress.
I’d just use the dark blue, middle blue and a white if you have one. Don’t go quite so far up towards the brow though.

Okay, the dress is a dark blue, so that should go well with blue. if you want smokey eyes you start with the darkest shade of blue you have and work your way to the eyebrow (or just under it) going up in shades (so the lightest it closest to the eyebrow). Then if its a really deep blue you use, maybe use some eye liner. Then for the real smokey eye effect get the lightest shade of blue you have and colour that beneith your eye. if you understand what im trying to say. But dont do this right down you only need a thin bit there.

I really hope this helps, im sorry if it doesnt, but i dont have any other way to explain it.
good luck!
