I can’t really tell what you need but here is a whole page of invitation wording:
http://www.topweddingsites.com/wedding_invitations_announcements.html
I’d need more information to give you specific wording like the formaility of the event, location, etc.

There is a wedding invitation “wording wizard” at theknot.com

Good Luck!

If what you mean is a reception-only invitation it would be like this:

Please join us in a celebration of the marriage of
Ann Marie Jones
to
David Alan Smith
on
Wednesday the fourth of September,
Two Thousand and Eight
at eight o’clock in the evening,

Twin Oaks Center
Madison, Wisconsin

RSVP (414)444-4444

I agree with the first person. Anyway here is another site to look at. http://wedding.theknot.com/wedding-planning/wedding-invitations.aspx?MsdVisit=1

Hope you find something that helps you.

Edit: Sorry I didn’t see that the second person posted the same link.
