little white lights in small trees always looks nice and gives enough light that people dont fall all over the place at night! Tablecloths (white/ivory or colors) look nice and arent too expensive to rent. Clear glass votives with little white candles are pretty and very inexpensive. Pick a color and go with it(mix all different shades but just stay in the same color family)….pinks, yellows, blues, whites, etc. It pulls things together and looks like you spent twice as much! Use small potted plants with alot of blooms as centerpieces and just pull a piece of pretty fabric up over the pot and gather with a ribbon… can give them to guests as a favor.

Martha Stewart Weddings always has beautiful DIY ideas.

Good Luck!

well on each table you could have candles and in the middle for a cheap centre piece which you could do is go out and buy a couple of small fish bowls and pebbles and fake or even real flowers and arragne them with a candle in the fish bowl with the pebbles as a base. then whatever you choose to use in the fish bowls use at the bottom of all of ur other candles as well then add them to the top of chairs as well

I saw this is in Martha Stewart awhile ago. If the reception is at night, you can use paper lunch bags, nice ribbon, and a string of lights to make “lanterns” which can be strung from a tree, or wherever. From paper lunch bags, it doesnt sound like much, but its actually really cute!
