I don’t want to get my hair done professionally, because it’s prom, not my wedding day. Anyway, I need ideas, tips, etc for styles that are easy. Prom is months away but I wanna practice so my hair doesn’t look crappy. Any ideas would be great :) thanks

And why do girls think they need to buy 2 different dresses? (junior prom and senior ball). I’m saving $100 and wearing the same dress!
Btw my hair is about 2 inches or so past my shoulders. I can grow it longer (prom isn’t for months and my hair grows fast) if needed :) or cut it

same..i had friends who got their professionally done and i personally thought they wasted their money as i have seen them with better hair at school when they did it themselves.
for prom, i think you should definetly go for old hollwood glamour, throw the pin straight hair out the window and go for the big wave curls that curl off the forehead and frame the face.

i love the colour of this one.

this is cute for shorter styles.

this has a more modern outlook but stll very vintage promesque

You don’t want to cut your hair off before prom. Go to a pro they don’t cost too much…or ask a friend who does hair.
