I am thinking of wedding invitation business.

How do people design the templates for wedding invitations?
Do they draw them, scan, and edit them using Photoshop or something?

Where can I find the tutorial, and also, if they use softwares, what softwares other than Photoshop?

Thanks for the help!

Whilst you can use it to draw pretty much anything, Photoshop is more geared towards editing photos and such like.

Illustrator and InDesign would probably be more useful for what you want to do.

Use Illustrator to create your graphics either from images you have as clipart or draw from scratch, then combine with text in InDesign.

You can get them in the Design Standard bundle from Adobe which will also include Photoshop and Acrobat.

If you do a search through Google you will find many tutorials, bound to be something that suits your needs, besides here on Answers, also look on Adobe’s website for tutorials and help forums.

The Creative Suite software from Adobe would be most suitable for you, look on http://designbetty.com for a comparison, Design Standard would most likely give you all the tools you’d need.

Use Photoshop and Illustrator to draw your images and put the whole thing together in Indesign.
Illustrator includes some templates but they’re pretty basic, doubt you’d really use them much once you got used to the software.
