I want to start Wedding Ideas and Craft classes..Stunning centerpieces & favours etc.. for the DIY bride?

by DIY wedding planner on December 8, 2011

Sick of the same old fish bowl and usual centerpieces..
It takes a little imagination to see some object and turn around the use for a great project.. The classes would be from 10am till 3.00pm includes light lunch and copies all all projects and templates

Let me know if you think it would work.

If there was a class like that in my town I would go. Sounds fun!

Sounds like a good idea.

A lot of people don’t like a huge expense and try to do things themselves.

This would enable people to get other ideas, and still make it their ideal wedding.

Where abouts are you?

I think thats a great idea! To make some good money off of it you might have to live in a good location (city area) but I would go if I had one around here! I’m a craft junkie and planning a wedding can be stressful especially when you’re doing things yourself. I’d love to see original stuff like “make your own shadow boxes for your flowers” instead of just the norm. preservations. That’d be so cool.

If you have something totally different it will certainly rock.

Interesting concept. I would attend a class like this if it were local and very convienent for me. A saturday and/or sunday class offering would probably be preferred…otherwise i’d suggest evenings during the weekdays. Also, I’d recommend keeping the cost of the course as low cost as possible, remember DIY brides are looking for cheap ideas, and we don’t want to pay a lot to get the ideas either. I think $80ish would seem worth the price. I’d be interested to hear what other brides would pay?

If class not too expensive, and you have projects that can’t be found online, I’d consider going, but probably would not.

Sounds like the typical classes given at local community ed programs. Sign up for $n, plus $nn for material, classes run one night a week for 6 – 8 weeks. There are already a million classes like that in large cities at least.
