Starting a wedding invitation business… where to send my designs for wholesale printing/cutting?

by DIY wedding planner on July 5, 2013

Starting a wedding invitation business. I want to provide digital printing of my designs on high quality card stock. Where can I find the best wholesale printing?
Rather than investing in an expensive printer that may be outdated within years, I’m looking to outsource the paper and printing to a wholesale printer. One that offers different weighted card stock, shimmer paper, and different type of invite and envelope layouts.

I’m very new to this, and in the very beginning stages; just looking for some guidance. I looked at carlsoncraft and overnightprints online, but neither seemed to offer the different paper types.
I know many other graphic designers do the same, but I just haven’t come across a forum yet where I can find the source to the printer.

Thank you!

Sign up for a wholesale account to get upwards to 50% off the retail on print products. You will have to contact them to get a quote for specialty papers though.
